These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Polaris Pro Mobile Detailing, LLC ("Polaris," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

Polaris Pro Mobile Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding regions. All services are performed on-site at the customer's specified location.

Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any service at our discretion.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed only after we have contacted you directly and agreed on a date, time, and service. Submitting a contact form or quote request does not automatically guarantee an appointment.

We ask that you provide accurate information about your vehicle and location when booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or inability to complete the service.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another customer.

Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash and commonly used digital payment methods. Pricing is provided in advance and agreed upon before service begins.

Final pricing may vary if the condition of the vehicle differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking.

5. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

We take great care in handling every vehicle. However, Polaris Pro Mobile Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions on your vehicle prior to service.

We recommend noting any existing scratches, chips, dents, or damage before service begins. We may photograph your vehicle before and after service for our records.

6. Satisfaction and Complaints

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with the results of a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can work to make it right. We are not responsible for concerns raised after this window.

7. SMS Communications and Consent

By submitting our contact form, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from Polaris Pro Mobile Detailing at the phone number you provided. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Day-before appointment reminders
  • Occasional promotional offers and updates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on your activity with us.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at polarispromobil@gmail.com. Opting out will not affect your ability to book or receive services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Polaris Pro Mobile Detailing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polaris Pro Mobile Detailing, LLC, its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
